Suzanne Pleshette worked as an actor and voice artist throughout the US. Over her nearly 5-decade long career, she's accumulated more than 100 credits. Pleshette is an New York native who began her professional career as an actor on stage. She then gradually made the transition to screen. She's appeared in several films, including 'The Birds", Rome Adventure", Fate Is the Hunter" If it's Tuesday it must be Belgium" as well as "Support The local gunfighter". There was also a diverse range of roles on TV and in television movies. Four times she was recognized as an Emmy Award nominee and two Golden Globe Awards. After being nominated two times, Pleshette won the Laurel Award in 1963 for 'The Birds'. Pleshette died in 2008. She received an honorary Star posthumously at Hollywood Walk of Fame.
